My favorite lecturer so far, her name is Beth Teviotdale. She is a plant pathologist, aka a Plant Doctor. She received her Ph.D. from UC Davis in 1973 and has spent the last thirty years researching with the UC system, earning her the title as the UC’s first woman agricultural specialist. For more information on Beth, click HERE.

Class inspired me to set up a dog fence around my garden area so all my seedlings will not be crushed by the dogs, plus a makeshift green house for seeds

Class inspired me to fill up the truck with mushroom compost and give all the plants a heaping dose of nutrients
